The grid background is pinned which means it is fixed to a specific point in the viewport. Pinning an object allows you to keep the objects always visible on the canvas, regardless of where the user scrolls on the canvas.
Note: Pinned objects do not currently work on full-height embedded experiences; only standalone experience and scrolling embedded experiences.
To unpin select the group, next to the X,Y coordinates click the pin icon.
Hover interactions allow you to reveal or hide folders, objects, or groups when the user hovers their mouse over your specified trigger.
To add a hover interaction, draw a hotspot over the area you want the user to hover. Select the hotspot and navigate to the Interaction tab in the Inspector Panel. Select “hover” as your trigger and specify the action, which can be: show, hide, show and stay visible, or hide and stay hidden. Finally, choose the folder, object, or group you want to reveal or hide.
Husch Blackwell is committed to retaining, recruiting, developing, and promoting talented attorneys and business professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We foster an engaged, diverse and inclusive team culture of accountability and purpose that makes our firm and our communities better for all.
Professional and Client Development plays a critical role in the path to equity partnership and law firm leadership. We offer programs include that in-depth training, coaching, and development opportunities to unlock the growth potential of all women at the firm.
Advancement and Retention. We invest time and resources to help women strengthen relationships, build networks, and deepen their connection to the firm. Our targeted retention programs, professional development opportunities, and flexible work arrangements create an inclusive and welcoming environment for women to start and sustain their careers.
Employee Resource Groups. We maintain eight employee resource groups (ERGs), including HB WE, a group by and for women at our firm. Our ERGs are spaces for people with like identities to come together, celebrate each other and focus on their continued growth. These groups are also excellent resources to the business in enhancing policies and practices, and in developing new relationships with clients.
Husch Blackwell has been independently recognized for our dedication to the advancement of our female attorneys. We have been named three times as one of the “Best Law Firms for Women” by Working Mother magazine in recognition of firm policies and initiatives that promote leadership and work-life balance for women attorneys, and Women Inc. magazine listed us among the nation’s “Top 100 Firms for Women."
We have also achieved the Mansfield Certification Plus designation for four consecutive years. This certification is granted by Diversity Lab (an entity that verifies law firm hiring practices across the U.S.) to law firms that consider at least 30% historically underrepresented attorneys for 70% or more of the firm’s leadership positions. The “Plus” designation acknowledges that the firm has reached a 30% threshold of underrepresented groups in leadership roles.
As a certified firm, Husch Blackwell completed a rigorous 12-month collaboration with Diversity Lab including built-in measurement, transparency and accountability. Through our participation, we demonstrated an unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and are making meaningful progress on diversifying law firm leadership.
